Kyle Anderson had to be helped off the court on Sunday when his foot was stepped on during a landing and caused an awkward twisting of his knee. The Spurs believe Anderson is dealing with an MCL sprain, but he will have an MRI on Monday to confirm the diagnosis. He was walking under his own power in the locker room on Sunday, which is a relatively good sign. It’s also possible that he suffered some level of ligament damage.
